Objective
The purpose of this policy is to make it clear that the STORErequires eye protection to be worn by allemployees who work in areas where there is a risk ofeye injury from flying objects, impact, heat,chemicals, dust or optical radiation. Thepolicy describes the types of safety eyewear options that will bepaid by the store owner.

Politics
curvedblue.com & nbsp; would like to offer asafe working environment for its employees. All employees of thestore must wear protective goggles in accordance with OSHA regulations, store policy, and / or state or federal regulations require it.
The store coordinated with the eyewear suppliersecurity contracted with the state to provide employees with eyeglassessecurity approved at no charge. Safety glasses will beprovided every two years or when a prescription changes dramatically.
Work-related damage will be covered by the store. theSTORE agrees to pay the base price for safety glasses, includingincluding the dye, as well as the anti-scratch coating, theside protectors of all types and overpowered such asbifocal or trifocal. All upgrades of items listedabove can be purchased at employee's expense and requirepayment at the time of order.
The purchase of safety glasses must be made through a voucherorder processed by the campus sales office with thesupplier under contract with the State. Safety glasses do notmust not be purchased with the curvedblue.com purchasing card.
Responsibilities:
- Supervisor : Ensure that employees requiring eye protection wear appropriate safety glasses.
- Business Leader : Work with employees to managedocuments required for employees to purchase eyeglassessecurity under state approved contract.
- Employees : Understanding the risks of their work environmentand wear eye protection if appropriate and required.Employees must also work with the business office of thecampus to properly purchase the required safety glasses.
